Silvine A4 graph paper
Okay, you may think we’re going overboard recommending paper! But, if you’re producing floorplans with good old pencil and paper, get this graph paper with thick and thin lines. It will help make your floorplan job much easier.

Why stop at paper?! These pencils are great, get the 0.7mm lead thickness so you’re not snapping the tip all the time. We like them as they’ve got the eraser on the end – much needed as no one gets a floorplan exactly right first time!
